Anon I found Pilates a great help. Although receiving hospital treatment, my hospital told me it ws important to continue Pilates. It is great health wise and socially.
Jackie Over the years I have practised many forms of exercise and relaxation and have found pilates the most balanced and all round. It teaches you control and helps with your core stability, tones your body improves your posture and benefits your overall well-being. After a bad car accident that damaged my back many years ago I needed some help and finally found Trish at Pilates of Seaford! I am a long - serving proud member of her classes now and am very glad to say I rarely have a 'bad' back now. The exercises are brilliant and so well taught; my overall fitness and core strength have improved so much. I had a fitness test recently and I am proud to report I have the fitness age of a 40 year old (flexibility and stamina) and my real age is a few more years than that!! So, heartfelt thanks to Trish for being part of my fitness regime!!!
