to improve your technique, to be reassured that you are performing moves correctly,
to have individual adaptations to the moves required by a medical condition
or to experience equipment such as the reformer, foam roller or stability ball.
Those new to Pilates benefit from one or more 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 sessions to give a sound
foundation for future group classes.
Whatever the reasons, a one-to-one session where you have the instructor’s sole
attention, can be highly beneficial. If you undertake a series of sessions,
you will then gain improvements to transfer to your mat-work classes.
1-2-1 sessions are essential for those referred to Pilates by a medical professional
