Summer 2 – May 28th, (No classes week of June 4th), classes weeks of 11th, 18th, 25th, July 2nd, 9th
Autumn 1 - Sept 10th, 17th, 24th Oct 1st, 8th, 15th (two week break)
Autumn 2 - Nov 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th, Dec 3rd, 10th
Payment for 2012 Six Week Courses
Standing order. If you would like to pay by this popular facility which spreads your payments, please ask for details.
Cash Payment or Paypal. £47.00 for a six week course of one hour classes or £28.00 for the half hour Tuesday class.
Cheque Payment . £48.00 to include £1.00 administration fee. Cheques payable to Pilates of Seaford.
Individual classes £10.00 per class pre bookable 48 hours before the class subject to space
Mats provided. Please bring a small cushion, a hand towel and water to your class. Check any medical concerns with your medical professional before booking.

The Archway is at 1 Blatchington Road, Seaford.
Willingdon classes are held in Willingdon Village at St Mary's Church Hall which is part of the old village in Church Street.
